I used to work for a company on Chatham high street (next door to the old gun shop) and waking to work I would always encounter the same pissed up smack heads shambling aimlessly around town, go out lunch time and those smack heads were passed out on all the benches. Well positioned to travel into London or out to the coast. And Rochester is like a 15minute walk away if you prefer that high street. Chatham high street isn’t great, but youve got Rochester high street not far away if you want little independent shops and a quaint little walk. The only real problem with Chatham is that the high street is boring. Does anyone have any advise or insight into what my experience will be like? Is it easy to find scholarships? What is a typical course load? Anything at all would Chatham is not some kind of lawless British Detroit, people don't get knifed and robbed at every occasion like everyone makes it seem. You will enjoy a high quality of life that includes easy access to a wide range of outdoor adventures, recreational activities and experiences.
